Rekor Systems, Inc. REKR has secured a key European patent for its advanced AI-driven technology, which is designed to detect and quantify irregular traffic congestion.

This achievement builds on Rekor’s previous U.S. patent approval, further reinforcing its commitment to enhancing roadway safety, efficiency, and sustainability through cutting-edge, data-driven innovation.

The patented system analyzes data from various sources, including sensors, detectors, and online platforms, to identify congestion anomalies.

By integrating machine learning with historical traffic data, it optimizes traffic flow and swiftly responds to real-time disruptions such as accidents or infrastructure issues.
