Jason Statham Lists Beverly Hills Home For $20 Million. Here's A Look At The British Action Hero's Real Estate Portfolio

Action hero Jason Statham is used to uncovering some unlikely scenarios in his movies, but he probably never imagined he’d come across one in real life. That happened when he and model wife Rosie Huntington-Whiteley listed their Beverly Hills home for $19.9 million—10 years after they purchased it from fashion designer Jenni Kayne

Little did they realize that their agent would also be one of the home’s previous owners. Richard Erlich, a luxury real estate broker, is wed to former owner Kayne. Small world! The five-bedroom home sold quickly — less than a month after they’d listed it, the buyer paying $19.95 million.

Don't Miss:

Huntington-Whiteley, 37, and Statham, 57, both British, have been together for a decade and have two children — son Jack, 7, and daughter Isabella, 2. The couple purchased their Beverly Hills home in 2015 for $12.99 million. They also own another property, located just a 10-minute drive away—a midcentury modern abode that the “Beekeeper” star purchased for $2.7 million in 2015, which, according to Realtor.com, they still use.

One Of The Most Bankable Stars In Hollywood

Statham’s action-heavy films such as “Wrath of Man,” “The Transporter” and “Hobbs and Shaw” have made him one of the most bankable stars in Hollywood, earning $41 million in 2023. He is thought to earn between $10 million and $15 million per film, according to FandomWire.

It’s a far cry from his earliest films with director Guy Ritchie in the 1990s. According to reports from The Richest, Statham’s journey initially began with a modest $6,937 for Guy Ritchie’s 1998 thriller "Lock, Stock And Two Smoking Barrels.” He earned around $18,000 for his second collaboration with Ritchie, appearing alongside Brad Pitt in "Snatch"paltry by Hollywood’s standards.

Relocating Back To London

Statham has bought and sold multiple homes in California during his time there, but during the pandemic, he and Rosie decided to move back to England to raise their children away from the celebrity glare.

“Living back in the UK has been a really grounding experience for us. The fact that we can walk out of our front door and go and get a coffee and a loaf of bread [without paparazzi intrusion],” Rosie told The Telegraph. “We’d leave our home in LA, and there’d be five cars following us down the block to the gym. Both Jason and I felt like it was really important for our children to not be impacted by our line of work.”

Huntington-Whiteley routinely shows the couple’s London home — purchased for around  $10 million in the city’s swanky Chelsea neighborhood — on social media.

Slew Of New Movies

It’s improbable that the hardman actor has been spending much time in his new home as he has a slate of new films coming out in 2025. According to TheDirect.com, these include “Levons,” “Trade,” “Mutiny,” “Fast X Part 2,” and “Small Dark Look.”
