Trump Media and Technology Group Corp. DJT has taken a major step by setting up a strategic acquisition fund.
The Board of Directors approved this initiative, enabling the leadership to partner with chosen investors in creating a fund designed to support potential mergers and acquisitions.
The move aligns with TMTG’s broader growth objectives, targeting opportunities within the America First Economy.
The TMTG fund aims to pursue partnerships, mergers, or acquisitions with companies that complement its technology and brand.
“TMTG aims to grow robustly with great strategic partners who share our mission. We’re hoping to expand our tech footprint even as we branch out into finance and other industries,” said Chairman and CEO Devin Nunes.

“The America First economy is a fantastic sector with enormous potential, and we want all its participants to know that TMTG intends to make this market even greater.”
The objective is to transform TMTG into a holding company with several largely autonomous subsidiaries across various industries.
Recently, TMTG introduced its financial services division, Truth.Fi, which will offer tailored exchange-traded funds (ETFs) and separately managed accounts (SMAs).
These investment vehicles are part of a financial services and FinTech strategy approved by the Board, which involves a $250 million investment to be held by Charles Schwab.
Price Action: DJT shares are trading lower by 0.32% at $27.75 at the last check Friday.
