WNS (Holdings) Limited WNS acquired Kipi.ai, a U.S.-based data modernization firm specializing in Snowflake-powered solutions. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Kipi provides data engineering, analytics and data science services across key sectors, including finance, insurance, retail, technology and healthcare. As a Snowflake Elite Partner headquartered in Houston, Kipi brings over 600 certified professionals and more than 250 proprietary AI-driven solutions to WNS, significantly enhancing its data and analytics capabilities.
The acquisition strengthens WNS’ AI and analytics practice, supported by Kipi’s seasoned leadership and deep expertise in data engineering, machine learning, and generative AI.
The deal is not expected to materially impact WNS’ fiscal Q4 2025 revenue or profitability. Kipi is projected to contribute approximately 2% to WNS’ revenue (excluding repair payments) and remain earnings-neutral in fiscal 2026.
