Apollo Education posted its quarterly adjusted earnings of $0.28 per share on revenue of $679.1 million. However, analysts were projecting earnings of $0.19 per share on revenue of $689.4 million. Agenus AGEN fell 6.18% to $3.11 after the company provided an update on GSK'S MAGE-A3 Cancer Immunotherapeutic Phase 3 study in NSCLC. Healthstream HSTM shares fell 4.25% to $25.95 after Northland Securities downgraded the stock from Outperform to Market Perform and lowered the target price from $43 to $30. New York Mortgage Trust NYMT shares tumbled 4.22% to $7.49 after the company announced the pricing of public offering of common stock. Agrium AGU dipped 3.55% to $94.06. Agrium expected Q1 earnings of $0.00 per share, versus analysts' estimates of $0.53 per share. Agrium is also planning a shutdown of Carseland nitrogen facility. OMNOVA Solutions OMN shares declined 3.25% to $10.41 after the company reported weaker-than-expected Q1 results. OMNOVA reported its Q1 earnings of $0.05 per share on revenue of $225.90 million.
