Dollar Tree, Inc. DLTR will release its fourth-quarter financial results before the opening bell on Wednesday, March 26.

Analysts expect the Chesapeake, Virginia-based company to report quarterly earnings at $2.2 per share, down from $2.55 per share in the year-ago period. Dollar Tree projects quarterly revenue of $8.24 billion, compared to $8.64 billion a year earlier, according to data from Benzinga Pro.

Dollar Tree announced that Stewart Glendinning will become the next Chief Financial Officer, effective March 30, succeeding Jeff Davis who previously announced plans to step down.

Dollar Tree shares gained 4.5% to close at $69.74 on Monday.
