Netflix Surging On Apple News (NFLX)

There was some activity in Netflix NFLX yesterday in the after hours as traders speculated about a relationship between Apple AAPL and the company with regard to a new AppleTV. Those rumors have been proven to be true, as Steve Jobs did indeed unveil a new AppleTV which will feature Netflix's streaming content. Traders who were betting on upside in NFLX today have been rewarded, as the stock has jumped 6.54% to $133.73. Year-to-date, NFLX is up more than 142%. The company has a market cap of $7 billion and the stock trades at a trailing P/E of 54.22.
