The company also reported that it will be unable to file 10Q by May 12th. Neonode NEON dipped 8.21% to $4.25 after the company reported a Q1 loss of $0.11 per share on revenue of $1.01 million. The Dixie Group DXYN shares fell 7% to $12.21 after the company announced a public offering of 2.5 million shares of its common stock. GAIN Capital Holdings GCAP declined 6.14% to $7.49. GAIN Capital's April OTC trading volume declined 5.5% versus March. The Hillshire Brands Company HSH tumbled 5.82% to $34.80 after the company announced its plans to buy Pinnacle Foods for around $6.6 billion including debt. Eleven Biotherapeutics EBIO shares fell 4.61% to $10.77. Eleven Biotherapeutics is projected to report its Q1 financial results on May 15, 2014.
