Sunoco Declares Quarterly Dividend of $0.15 Per Share

Sunoco, Inc.’s SUN Board of Directors today declared a cash dividend for the fourth quarter of 2010 of $0.15 per share on all full shares of common stock outstanding, payable December 10, 2010 to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 17, 2010.
