According to the NY Post, Dov Charney, ousted by the American Apparel APP Board as CEO on Wednesday, is seeking shareholder support and additional board seats, in an attempt to gain a majority. According to sources, Charney could attempt to increase the number of directors to 13, with the help of shareholders Lion Capital and FiveT Capital.
