CNBC/Institutional Investor held its fourth-annual Delivering Alpha conference Wednesday at the Pierre Hotel in Manhattan. During the event, hedge-fund managers Carl Icahn, John Paulson, Leon Cooperman, Nelson Peltz and Ken Griffin mentioned a raft of stocks that were headlined in real time by Benzinga and widely covered by other media. Some the stocks moved, some didn't, and correlation doesn't necessarily imply causation.
