Iron Mountain Appoints Paul F. Deninger to its Board of Directors

Iron Mountain Incorporated IRM today announced that Paul F. Deninger, a vice chairman of Jefferies & Company, Inc., the principal operating subsidiary of Jefferies Group, Inc., JEF, has joined the board of the information management services company, becoming its 12th director. Deninger, 52, was elected yesterday at the company's quarterly board meeting. “Paul is an accomplished executive who has deep knowledge of successful technology businesses,” said Richard Reese, executive chairman of the board of directors at Iron Mountain. “This insight is of particular importance to us as we continue to grow as an information management company, helping customers realize greater value from their physical and digital data.
