Radiant Systems, Inc. RADS is having coverage initiated with a Buy rating and $22 price target by Jefferies & Co., which played the part of Joint Bookrunner for the company's secondary offering at $17/share on 9/9.
According to Jefferies, Radiant has been a market share gainer in emerging and fragmented markets and is expected to achieve higher margins and recurring revenues, in both domestic and international markets.
Radiant's North American segment has grown by 23% in 1H2010, driven by chains like Arby's and Brinker EAT, but has also improved its indirect channel business and and SaaS (software as a service) type ancillary products, Jefferies reports.
