Convergys Implementation Supports Kabel Deutschland's Triple Play Offering (CVG)

Convergys Corporation CVG announced today that Kabel Deutschland has deployed Convergys Smart BSS Solutions to support further growth of its bundled services offerings and reduce its operational expenditure. The Convergys delivery team was the prime contractor for the implementation of the Rating and Billing Manager and the integration of the system into the Kabel Deutschland IT environment. Convergys was also responsible for the migration of Kabel Deutschland's subscribers from its existing Convergys system onto the new Smart BSS Solution platform.
