Cisco Completes Acquisition of ExtendMedia

Cisco CSCO today announced it has completed its acquisition of privately-held ExtendMedia. With the close of the acquisition, the majority of the ExtendMedia team becomes part of Cisco's Service Provider Video Technology Group. The ExtendMedia Sales and Professional Services teams join the Cisco Sales and Advanced Services organizations.
