BMO Capital downgraded Manitowoc from Market Perform to Underperform and lowered the price target from $28.00 to $24.00. Microchip Technology MCHP slipped 12.11% to $40.03 after the company lowered its sales forecast for the second quarter. VOXX International VOXX shares fell 8.75% to $6.99 after the company reported a Q2 loss of $0.11 per share on revenue of $177.30 million. Tesla Motors TSLA shares declined 5.31% to $243.37 following the announcement of all wheel drive car at the Thursday event. Juniper Networks JNPR dropped 5.01% to $19.89 after the company warned that lower-than-expected demand will push third-quarter results below Street views. Groupon GRPN shares fell 2.66% to $6.21. Analysts at Evercore Partners downgraded Groupon from Equalweight to Sell. J. C. Penney Company JCP shares slipped 1.05% to $7.56. Analysts at Maxim Group downgraded J.C. Penney from Hold to Sell.
