FOX Business Network's Charlie Gasparino is currently reporting that Morgan Stanley MS is considering cutting all bonuses and initiating a hiring freeze for an undetermined period of time. Morgan Stanley had no comment as of the time of this writing. Morgan Stanley is a financial holding company.
