Washington Federal Declares Cash Dividend of 5 Cents

The Board of Directors of Washington Federal, Inc. WFSL today announced a quarterly cash dividend of 5 cents per share. The dividend will be payable October 22, 2010 to common stockholders of record on October 8, 2010. This will be Washington Federal's 111th consecutive quarterly cash dividend.
