Top Narrow Based Indexes For September 28 (NPD, HSFT, ENDP)

By 11:35 am, the Dow Jones Industrial Average was up 42.01 points, or 0.39%, to 10,854.05, while the broader Standard & Poor's 500 index had gained 3.09 points, or 0.27%. The NASDAQ composite index rose 5.41 points, or 0.23%. Some of the narrow based indexes that are driving the market are Drug Store and Pharmacy Stocks, which have gained 3.3%, Chinese IT Stocks, up 2.5%, and Pain Management Stocks, moving 2.3% higher as a group. In Tickerspy's Drug Store and Pharmacy complex, China Nepstar Chain Drugstore Ltd NPD had surged 12.0%. NPD has scheduled its shareholders' Annual General Meeting (AGM) on October 29, 2010 at 10:00 am Beijing Time. The best performing Tickerspy Chinese IT stock has been HiSoft Technology International HSFT, which was up 7.0%. Analysts at Stifel Nicolaus initiated coverage of HSFT with a “buy” rating. Endo Pharmaceuticals Holdings Inc ENDP is today's leading Tickerspy's Pain Management stock, gaining 8.9%.
