Sinoenergy Corporation Closes Merger Agreement

Sinoenergy Corporation SNEN today announced that, on September 27, 2010, the transactions contemplated by the Amended and Restated Agreement and Plan of Merger, dated as of March 29, 2010, as amended, providing for the merger of SNEN Acquisition Corp. into the Company were consummated. As a result, the Company is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Skywide Capital Management Limited. Messrs. Tianzhou Deng and Bo Huang.
