Actel Corporation ACTL shares jumped 30.65% to create a new 52-week high of $20.93. Microsemi Corp MSCC has agreed to acquire ACTL for around $430 million or $20.88 per share in a cash tender offer. Seattle Genetics Inc SGEN shares reached $16.41 to touch a new 52-week high, before falling to $16.39, representing a 2.63% gain. Analysts at Jefferies initiated coverage of SGEN with a “buy” rating. Sirius XM Radio Inc SIRI shares jumped 2.02%to create a new 52-week high of $1.27. Miller Tabek analyst David Joyce downgraded SIRI from “buy” to “neutral.” Dynamex Inc DDMX shares jumped 37.43% to create a new 52-week high of $21.04.
