Bravo Brio Restaurant Group BBRG shares declined 5.87% to $12.99 after the company announced the preliminary results of modified "Dutch Auction" tender offer for its common shares. Star Gas Partners, L.P. SGU fell 4.52% to $5.91. Star's net loss widened by $11.9 million to $25.8 million in the fiscal fourth quarter. The Men's Wearhouse MW declined 3.81% to $40.60 after the company reported downbeat earnings for the third quarter. Ariad Pharmaceuticals ARIA shares dropped 3.84% to $6.75. Credit Suisse downgraded ARIAD Pharmaceuticals from Neutral to Underperform and lowered the price target from $8.00 to $6.00.
