Rite Aid to Acquire Envision Pharmaceutical Services for $2BThe Deal:
Rite Aid
RAD and Envision Pharmaceutical Services announced Wednesday, that Rite Aid will acquire TPRG portfolio company, EnvisionRx, for approximately $1.8 billion in cash and $200 million in Rite Aid stock, or approximately 27.9 million shares.
The transaction is expected to close by September, 2015.
Rite Aid shares gained 6.5% Wednesday, closing at $8.08.
Fiat Chrysler CEO Open to MergerThe CEO Comments:

FCAU spiked higher Wednesday on a report from
Financial Times, that CEO Sergio Marchionne was open to a possible merger, but said no talks have been held yet. One source reported that Marchionne's top choices for a merger partner would be Volkswagen

Fiat Chrysler shares lost $0.05 Wednesday, closing at $13.77.
Twitter Acquires Niche, No Terms DisclosedThe Deal:

has acquired
Niche, a professional network for social media creators. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Twitter shares closed Wednesday at $47.50, a gain of 2.5%.
