WuXi Pharma reported Q4 earnings of $0.46 per share on revenue of $190.7 million. The company expected FY15 adjusted earnings of $1.73 to $1.78 per share on revenue of $790 million to $800 million. Checkpoint Systems Inc. CKP shares dropped 14.82% to $11.44. Checkpoint Systems reported Q4 earnings of $0.26 per share on revenue of $183.11 million and issued a weak FY15 outlook. Conatus Pharmaceuticals Inc. CNAT shares fell 9.56% to $5.96. The company said in a Thursday filing that its Chief Medical Officer Gary C. Burgess resigned. Violin Memory Inc VMEM declined 8.52% to $3.65. Violin Memory reported a Q4 loss $0.19 per share on revenue of $20.5 million. Emergent BioSolutions, Inc. Goldman Sachs downgraded Lululemon Athletica from Neutral to Sell.
