Stocks Hitting 52-Week Highs

RTI International Metals, Inc. RTI shares climbed 40.51% to reach a new 52-week high of $38.33 after Alcoa Inc. AA announced its plans to acquire RTI International for $1.5 billion. The Macerich Company MAC shares gained 6.23% to touch a new 52-week high of $92.12 after Simon Property Group Inc. SPG reported the proposal for purchase of Macerich for $91 per share in cash and stock. Pinnacle Entertainment Inc. PNK shares reached a new 52-week high of $32.68 after Gaming and Leisure Properties Group Inc GLPW offered to acquire Pinnacle real estate assets for GLPI shares in a transaction valued at $4.1 billion, including debt. Foot Locker, Inc. FL shares gained 2.54% to touch a new 52-week high of $60.88. Foot Locker reported stronger-than-expected fiscal fourth-quarter results on Friday.
