According to a Securities and Exchange Filling, SAC Capital is reporting today that is has lowered its stake in convenience store operator Casey's General Stores, Inc. CASY.
SAC Capital has a 7.6% stake, which is now 6.2%.
Shares of CASY ended the session lower by 0.54%, trading at $42.24. The stock is little changed in the after-hours.
Casey's General Stores, Inc. operates convenience stores under the name Casey's General Store, HandiMart and Just Diesel in nine Midwestern states, primarily Iowa, Missouri and Illinois. The stores carry a selection of food (including freshly prepared foods, such as pizza, donuts, and sandwiches), beverages, tobacco products, health and beauty aids, automotive products and other nonfood items. In addition, all stores offer gasoline for sale on a self-service basis.
