LIME shares climbed 14.40% to $3.15 after the company reported that it has acquired EnerPath. Marinus Pharmaceuticals, Inc. MRNS shares gained 9.66% to $10.90 after the company reported that its ganaxolone has been granted the FDA Orphan Drug Designation in PCDH19 female epilepsy. Lexmark International Inc. LXK shares rose 9.27% to $44.57 after the company announced its plans to buy Kofax for around $1 billion.
