Why All 'E-Tail' Like Amazon Must Go Retail

Ryan Craver was recently a guest on #PreMarket Prep, a daily trading idea radio show hosted by Joel Elconin and Dennis Dick.

Retail Expert and Lamour Group Senior Vice President of Emerging Brands and Digital, Ryan Craver, discussed Amazon.com, Inc. AMZN on the show.

Craver felt that "e-tail" will eventually go retail. "All the dotcoms eventually [need to] have some type of retail presence."

Craver said that Amazon had not opened a retail store yet, however, the company did open a book shop at Purdue University and small operation in Manhattan.

Amazon would eventually open a retail store with a "small and calculated" launch because certain products, such as jewelry, sell better in a brick-and-mortar environment, according to Craver.

Shares of Amazon recently traded at $372.00, up 1.27 percent.
