The worst performing industries in the market today are: Home Furnishing Stores: This industry fell 2% by 11:00 am ET. Bed Bath & Beyond Inc. BBBY shares dropped 4.3% in today's trading. Bed Bath & Beyond reported downbeat sales for its fiscal fourth quarter and issued a weak forecast. However, the company reported in-line earnings for the latest quarter. Building Materials Wholesale: The industry dropped 1.7% by 11:00 am. The worst performer in this industry was Louisiana-Pacific Corp. LPX, which declined 1.8%. Louisiana-Pacific's trailing-twelve-month ROE is -6.27%. Nonmetallic Mineral Mining: This industry declined 1.4% by 11:00 am with SinoCoking Coal and Coke Chemical Industries, Inc. SCOK moving down 3%. SinoCoking Coal and Coke Chemical shares have jumped 124.79% over the past 52 weeks, while the S&P 500 index has gained 11.20% in the same period. Toy & Hobby Stores: This industry tumbled 1.1% by 11:00 am. The worst stock within the industry was Build-A-Bear Workshop Inc. BBW, which fell 1.3%. Build-A-Bear's trailing-twelve-month EPS is $0.81.
