Ball Board Declares Dividend of 10 Cents

Ball Corporation's BLL board of directors today declared a cash dividend of 10 cents per share, payable Dec. 15, 2010, to shareholders of record on Dec. 1, 2010. Ball will report its third quarter 2010 results on Oct. 28 before the market opens. Conference call details are below.
