Smtp Inc SMTP shares declined 13.11 percent to $5.70 after the company announced an underwritten offering of $9 million in common stock. Linn Energy LLC LINE shares dropped 10.89 percent to $3.60 after dropping 15.13 percent on Friday. RBC Capital downgraded Linn Energy from Outperform to Sector Perform. Tyson Foods, Inc. TSN shares slipped 8.95 percent to $40.38 after the company reported weaker-than-expected earnings for its fiscal third quarter and lowered its FY15 forecast. Kosmos Energy Ltd KOS shares fell 7.08 percent to $6.69. Kosmos Energy reported a Q2 loss of $0.20 per share on revenue of $121.8 million. BroadSoft Inc BSFT slipped 5.56 percent to $32.98. BroadSoft reported Q2 adjusted earnings of $0.33 per share on revenue of $64.5 million. LinnCo LLC LNCO shares declined 5.77 percent to $ 3.67 after falling 11.56 percent on Friday. RBC Capital downgraded LinnCo from Outperform to Sector Perform.
