Black Art Beer Announces Financial Projections

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL--(Marketwire - August 7, 2009) - Black Art Beverage, Inc. ("Black Art") BLVI announces its financial projections for the balance of 2009 and FY2010. Black Art anticipates 2009 sales at $1.5M. The company expects FY2010 revenues to exceed $5M as new distribution, key account placement, and media campaigns begin to mature in key markets in the United States and Canada.

"We expect the premium segment of the beer market will continue to grow at an anticipated slower rate. This is directly related to economic conditions in the United States, Canada, and all territories where Black Art Beer will be available. However, we are also seeing reduced overhead costs related to shipping and administrative fees as we have taken advantage of current conditions to renegotiate with our suppliers. All of these events will allow Black Art beer to position itself aggressively and price to compete within the premium segment category. This will drive our sales strategy across North America and has allowed us to project revenue accordingly," stated Ras Moses, President of Black Art Importers.
