With its roots in catalog direct-marketing, Cyberswim.com has evolved to become a multi-channel online retailer of swim and resort wear.

The integration of both companies will take place over the next five months. As part of the acquisition, Charles Mertz, current President of Cyberswim.com, will become the President of ALPHAGILITY. Cyberswim.com will continue to operate under that brand-name as a subsidiary of ALPHAGILITY and relocate to its headquarters in Parsippany, NJ.
