Ariad Pharmaceuticals shares jumped 41.69 percent Friday, on a report from the Boston Globe that the biotech company was in talks to sell itself to Baxalta Inc BXLT, according to sources. Transocean LTD RIG shares fell 2.65 percent to $13.22 after gaining 5.10 percent on Friday.
