Chanticleer Holdings Inc HOTR shares dropped 8.62 percent to $1.38 after the company announced exercise price for its up to $10 million rights offering. PostRock Energy Corporation PSTR shares dipped 7.26 percent to $1.15. PostRock Energy named Clark Edwards as Interim President and CEO. PostRock Energy also announced that on August 25, 2015 the company received a NASDAQ notice of delisting. GoPro Inc GPRO shares fell 6.42 percent to $43.60 after dropping 3.30 percent on Monday. Science Applications International Corp SAIC declined 5.66 percent to $46.01. Science Applications reported better-than-expected earnings for its fiscal second quarter, but the company's sales missed analysts' estimates. Dollar Tree, Inc. DLTR dropped 5.65 percent to $71.95 after the company reported results for its fiscal second quarter. The company posted a quarterly net loss of $98 million, or $0.46 per share, versus a year-ago profit of $121.5 million, or $0.59 per share. Qiwi PLC QIWI shares slipped 3.21 percent to $25.31. Qiwi reported Q2 adjusted net profit of RUB 1,033 million ($18.6 million), or RUB 18.40 per share and adjusted net revenue of RUB 2,525 million ($45.5 million). Ambarella Inc AMBA shares tumbled 2.71 percent to $93.04. Ambarella is expected to post its Q2 earnings after the closing bell.
