Carriage Services Announces 2010 Third Quarter Results: EPS of $0.05

Carriage Services, Inc. CSV today announced results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2010, as follows: THIRD QUARTER FINANCIAL RESULTS * Total Revenue of $45.5 million, an increase of 7.9% compared to $42.2 million in the third quarter of 2009 * Total Field EBITDA of $14.3 million, an increase of 5.1% compared to $13.6 million in 2009 * Consolidated EBITDA of $8.9 million, an increase of 1.4% compared to $8.7 million in 2009 * Net Income of $0.9 million, or $0.05 per diluted share, essentially flat compared to the third quarter of 2009 * Free Cash Flow of $0.4 million, compared to negative Free Cash Flow of $0.7 million in 2009
