Emeritus Corporation ESC, a national provider of senior living services, today announced its third quarter 2010 results. Quarter Ended September 30, 2010 Operating Summary Compared to Prior Year Third Quarter * Total revenues increased $24.2 million, or 10.7%, to $250.0 million. * Same community average monthly revenue per occupied unit improved by 3.5% to $3,798. * Same community average occupancy increased 30 basis points to 87.9%. * Total average occupancy was 87.1% for both periods. * Adjusted EBITDAR increased $7.3 million, or 11.6%, to $69.9 million. * CFFO per share improved 63.2% to $0.31 compared to $0.19.
