Acacia Subsidiary Enters into Settlement and Patent License Agreement with Zimmer Biomet Holdings, Inc.

Acacia Research Corporation ACTG announced today that its Bonutti Skeletal Innovations LLC subsidiary has entered into a settlement and patent license agreement with Zimmer Biomet Holdings, Inc. The agreement resolves litigation that was pending in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Indiana.
