Shares of Diamond Foods, Inc. DMND were down about 4 percent in Tuesday’s after-hours session, following the announcement of the company’s fourth quarter financial results.

The small-cap packaged food company reported earnings of $0.23 per share, above the Street’s consensus estimate of $0.22 per share. Revenue of $201.81 million came short of expectations for sales of $205.4 million.

Barracuda Networks Inc CUDA was also falling on its earnings report. The stock plummeted more than 15 percent, even though earnings of $0.10 per share on revenue of $78.37 million were pretty much in line with the Street’s consensus.

The biggest gainer in the afternoon was COMSCORE, Inc. SCOR, up more than 6 percent after the market closed. The company agreed to acquire competitor Rentrak Corporation RENT, which was down 0.81 percent after hours. According to The Wall Street Journal, the merger could create a “more formidable rival to No. 1 player Nielsen.”

Also on the rise Williams Companies Inc WMB, up more than 5 percent after the bell. The surge may be a correction of the decline the stock experienced during the day, which was driven by the announcement that the company has agreed to be acquired by Energy Transfer Equity LP ETE, which was also up almost 3 percent in after-hours trading.
