Sunstone Hotel Investors, Inc. SHO announced today that it intends to issue 17,500,000 shares of its common stock in a registered public offering. The underwriters will be granted a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 2,625,000 shares of common stock to cover over-allotments, if any.
