Sunstone Hotel Investors, Inc. SHO announced the pricing of its registered public offering of 19,500,000 shares of its common stock at a price per share of $10.25. The underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 2,925,000 shares of common stock to cover over-allotments, if any. The joint bookrunners for this offering are BofA Merrill Lynch, J.P. Morgan and Barclays Capital. Citi, Morgan Stanley and UBS Investment Bank are acting as co-managers.
