Yellow Pages Income Fund Appoints J. Heidi Roizen to its Board of Trustees

MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - Aug. 7, 2009) - Yellow Pages Income Fund YLO announces the appointment of J. Heidi Roizen to its Board of Trustees, effective August 6, 2009. "The breadth and depth of her experience within the technology industry and entrepreneurial community will most certainly bring a significant wealth of knowledge to the Board." Ms. Roizen, 51, currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Skinny Little Things, LLC (SkinnySongs), a company she created in 2008. She is also a member of the board of directors of TiVo TIVO. From 1983 to 1996, Ms. Roizen was Chief Executive Officer of T/Maker Company, a personal computer software company. She also worked for Apple Inc. as Vice-President, World Wide Developer Relations before joining Mobius Venture Capital (Softbank Venture Capital), a technology venture fund, as Managing Director from 1999 to 2007. Ms. Roizen has been active in numerous charitable organizations, educational institutions and nonprofit entities. Ms. Roizen has received significant recognition for her work, including a recent ranking as one of the "Top 50 Women in Tech" by Corporate Board Member Magazine. In September of 2008, Ms. Roizen received the Forum for Women Entrepreneurs and Executives 2008 Annual Achievement Award.
