Revenues for the third quarter totaled $7.6 million compared to $8.3 million for the same quarter one year earlier. Revenues declined sequentially from $7.7 million reported in the second quarter this year. Backlog at the end of the third quarter climbed to $3.4 million, a multi-year high. During the quarter the Company consolidated manufacturing operations into its existing Dutch manufacturing facility and outsourced U.S. production to a Maryland-based contract manufacturer.
