Tyco Electronics Extends Tender Offer for ADC to December 8

Tyco Electronics TEL announced today that it has extended the expiration of its tender offer to purchase all of the outstanding common shares of ADC ADCT, at a price of $12.75 per share in cash, to 5:00 p.m., New York City time on Wednesday, Dec. 8, 2010. All other terms and conditions of the tender offer remain unchanged.
