Cramer Is Not A Buyer Of Yelp And Yahoo

On CNBC's Mad Money, Jim Cramer said that he doesn't believe that that are companies which are interested in takeover of Yelp Inc YELP. If a company has a bad business and a weak stock, it is unlikely that it is going to be a takeover target.

Cramer would stay away from Yahoo! Inc. YHOO until he sees something that indicates that it has actual growth. The company is in trouble, because it hasn't managed to build its business away from Alibaba Group Holding Ltd BABA.
