S&P 500 index futures are trading lower by 25 points at 1872.50 in Wednesday's session. After a higher open, the index immediately peaked ahead of the premarket high (1910.75), only reaching 1909.
The ensuing decline has taken the issue to 1865, That corresponds to its January 27 (1864.50) and January 28 (1865.75) lows.
Only two of the top ten component of the index are in the green. Leading the way on the upside is Exxon Mobil
XOM shares, which are trading higher by $11.0 at $75.69.
Leading the way on the downside is are Amazon.com Inc
AMZN shares which are trading lower by $22 at $530.10.
