Southwest Airlines Declares Quarterly Dividend of $.0045

Southwest Airlines' LUV Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $.0045 per share to Shareholders of record at the close of business on December 9, 2010 on all shares then issued and outstanding. The 137th consecutive dividend will be paid on January 6, 2011.
