The Coca-Cola Enterprises CCE (Euronext Paris: CCE) Board of Directors increased the company's regular quarterly dividend 7 percent to 30 cents per share. The quarterly dividend rate is equivalent to an annual dividend of $1.20 per share. The dividend is payable March 17, 2016, to shareowners of record on March 4, 2016.
"This is the ninth consecutive annual dividend increase for CCE, and a clear demonstration of our strong commitment to driving shareowner value," said John F. Brock, chairman and chief executive officer.
