Citron Research is questioning the auditing practices of some of the Chinese small caps, like RINO International Corporation RINO. RINO's auditing firm was Frazer Frost, which now no longer exists.
In the article, Citron goes on to say that Frazer Frost sounds like a fraud, as it just upped and disappeared at one telephone number, and one telephone number it answers Frazer Frost.
The auditing practices of Frazer Frost can no longer be counted upon according to Citron. Barron's mentioned them negatively back in August, and it appears that this is coming to fruition.
Some of Frazer Frost's other clients are Harbin Electric HRBN, China Coking Coal SCOK, and China Valves Technology, Inc. CVVT.
