Paul Deninger to Join Evercore Partners as a Senior Managing Director

Evercore Partners Inc. EVR announced today that Paul Deninger has agreed to join the firm's Investment Banking business as a Senior Managing Director. Mr. Deninger, who will be based in Boston and San Francisco, will focus on advising companies in the Technology and Clean Technology Sectors and will work closely with Evercore's Technology team, including Senior Managing Directors Michael Price, Naveen Nataraj, Brian Roberts and Jed Sherwindt. Mr. Deninger was most recently a Vice Chairman at Jefferies and previously was Chairman and CEO of Broadview International, a technology investment banking boutique firm.
